About Sea Ranch & Sonoma Vacation Homes
Callinan Property Rentals, LLC, doing business as Casago Sonoma and Casago Sea Ranch, is a locally owned vacation rental management company. We live and work in the region we serve — from The Sea Ranch and Gualala along the coast, through Bodega Bay and the Russian River, into Healdsburg, Sonoma, and Napa.
What we do
We professionally manage 199 vacation rentals for homeowners and the guests who stay in them. That means marketing, reservations, housekeeping coordination, maintenance, and guest support — handled by people who know each home and each neighborhood.
Why book direct here
This site connects you straight to our reservation system. No booking‑site markups — the price you see is the price you pay, with the same professionally cleaned home and the same local team you would get through any channel.
Real people, real place
When you reach out, you talk to our Sonoma Coast team — not an outsourced support line. We can tell you which home fits a group of eight with a hot tub, which trail is worth the drive from Guerneville, and what to expect at check‑in for the house you booked.
Part of a national network
We are an independently owned and operated franchise within a national vacation rental management network. Every home we manage benefits from established standards for housekeeping, guest support, and owner care — delivered by a team that actually lives here on the coast.
