Kenwood Retreat - Kenwood Home with Bocce Court, Dog Friendly

Line up your next bocce shot in the enclosed backyard, just a 2-minute walk from Séamus Wines and Ty Caton tasting rooms in Kenwood. This three-bedroom, two-bath ranch sleeps 8, with central AC, a gas grill, and Sugarloaf Ridge trails 10 minutes down the road. Garage parking included.

Spend mornings on the patio with coffee as Kenwood wakes up, afternoons walking to Séamus Wines and Ty Caton or hiking Sugarloaf Ridge State Park, and evenings around the fire table in the backyard with s'mores and a bottle from the day's tasting stops.

Settle into the sitting room for a quieter lounge moment, separate from the main living space where sofa and armchairs circle a wooden coffee table. Cook with Sonoma County produce in the bright L-shaped kitchen, where a window over the sink keeps things sunny and the gas range, dishwasher, and microwave handle the work. Gather eight around the dining table before everyone scatters back outside.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Step into the large enclosed yard, where composite decking flows to stone patios with picnic tables and wicker seating. Pour drinks at the fire table for s'mores and scary stories, or challenge the group on the regulation bocce ball court. Mature shade trees shelter the lawn — room for yard games.

• The home stays naturally cool thanks to mature shade trees, though you'll appreciate the central AC during Kenwood's hot summer days when temperatures often exceed 90°F.
• Take advantage of the regulation bocce ball court in the backyard — it's a rare amenity that makes for memorable evening tournaments.
• The twin beds in both guest bedrooms can be pushed together to create king beds, giving you flexibility for different group configurations.
• While Kenwood offers world-class wineries, dining options are limited — plan to cook some meals using the full kitchen and gas grill, or drive 10-15 minutes to Glen Ellen or Sonoma for more restaurant choices.
• The primary renter must be 21 or older.
• You're welcome to bring one dog (up to 50 lbs.)
