Spend mornings with Nespresso on the deck as light catches the Russian River below, afternoons walking the half-mile down to Camp Rose's semi-private community beach or the public Del Rio Woods access a mile up the road, and evenings two miles away in downtown Healdsburg among the tasting rooms, vineyards, and restaurants around the Plaza.

Settle into the sectional in the sunny living room, where a stone hearth anchors the space and wall sconces throw warm light across the hardwood — a comfortable spot to plan tomorrow's run at Dry Creek Vineyard, Trentadue Winery, or Kendall-Jackson Wine Estate & Gardens.

Cook in the vintage-style kitchen stocked with the essentials and a Nespresso maker, then linger at the dining table as a wall of windows pulls the hillside and river valley right to your plate. A pass-through window keeps the cook in the conversation, and the attached laundry room with washer/dryer makes longer stays easy — handy after a day at Armstrong Redwoods, Safari West, or the Luther Burbank Center for the Arts.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Step onto the expansive deck for your private hot tub overlooking the Russian River, vineyards, rolling hills, and Fitch Mountain itself. Pull up a chair at the outdoor dining table, sink into the comfortable sitting area furniture, or claim the hanging egg chair for an afternoon book — horizontal wood fencing and mature trees keep it all feeling private.
