Seaspray - Oceanfront home with fireplace, EV charger & ocean views

Out where the road ends and the bluff takes over, this home is nearly surrounded by ocean — and every single room has a view of it. The living room is wrapped in floor-to-ceiling sliding glass on two sides, with ocean views out both — waves to the north over Smugglers Cove, waves to the south toward Black Point. Whale spouts from the sofa, waves from your pillow, fog with your coffee. Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, a 7-minute walk to Pebble Beach. The only agenda here is yours.

Tucked away in a private location with striking ocean views, you’ll feel relaxed the moment you arrive! This modern home offers spectacular ocean views of Smugglers Cove to the north and Black Point to the south. Set the automated blinds to your preference and enjoy different views of the coastline and the tranquil sounds of the ocean. Relax outside on heated patio furniture as you look for whale spouts, deer, bunnies, and other wildlife.

The second bedroom features dramatic ocean views, an en suite bathroom, and sliding doors to a patio overlooking the cove. The third bedroom doubles as an office space, with a large cherry desk and a twin day bed and a pull-out twin trundle bed, perfect for remote work or schooling with a view of Smugglers Cove that is sure to inspire.

A luxurious, galley-style, gourmet kitchen features modern appliances, including an extra-large SubZero fridge, a dishwasher, a Wolf five-burner induction cooktop, quartz countertops, and tasteful cherry cabinetry. The dining room pairs great views with your meal. The separate nook with a cozy window seat is the perfect place to read a book, take a nap, or just relax and enjoy sweeping ocean views.

Sea Ranch has three recreation centers with heated pools, saunas, and tennis courts. Access passes are provided with your stay -- check availability upon arrival as these shared amenities can be popular during peak times.

Exterior lighting is minimal by design to preserve the stunning dark sky -- bring a flashlight for evening walks and enjoy some of the best stargazing on the California coast.

Whale watching season runs from December through April -- grab the binoculars and watch for gray whale spouts from your window. Spring (April-June) brings a wildflower show across the coastal meadows -- lupine, poppies, and iris paint the landscape. Summer (June-September) brings the warmest days and longest light. Morning fog is common along the coast -- it usually burns off by midday.
