Harbour House - Bodega Harbour Golf Course Oceanview Home with Hot Tub

Feel the salt breeze drift across the fairway as you soak in your private hot tub, watching the sun sink into Bodega Bay. This contemporary three-bedroom retreat perches above The Links at Bodega Harbour with sweeping views of ocean, bay, and manicured greens. Room for eight in comfort. Just half a mile from the Pinnacle Gulch Trail and two miles from Doran Beach's protected sands. Your deck becomes the best seat on the Sonoma Coast — where golf course elegance meets wild Pacific beauty.

Spend mornings on the deck as the dew burns off the fairways, afternoons walking the bluff trails or playing the Robert Trent Jones Jr. Course, and evenings watching the sun melt into the Pacific from the hot tub.

Two distinct seating areas spread the group out — upholstered sofas face a brick fireplace with white built-ins, plus a second conversation area with a window seat that doubles as a daybed. The kitchen pairs white cabinetry with glass-front uppers above a butcher-block island where morning coffee starts; a gas range and skylight finish the workspace. A dark wood dining table alongside pulls the harbor in through large windows, and one bath holds a jetted tub for after the round. Rooftop solar with a Tesla Powerwall battery keeps the whole home running — heat, lights, and WiFi — even when coastal storms knock out power.

OUTDOOR LIVING
The covered grilling courtyard becomes your outdoor kitchen, complete with a stainless steel gas grill and built-in bench seating for lingering over meals. Multiple decks and a patio provide prime spots to soak in golf course and ocean views. The private hot tub offers the ultimate relaxation — settle in for a soak under the stars while the sound of the distant Pacific drifts up from below.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The primary suite features a king bed with an black metal frame and scrollwork details. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with a warm wood headboard and inviting patchwork quilt. The third bedroom provides another queen bed with a light wood frame and striped bedding.
