Home on the Range - Dog-Friendly Guerneville Cabin near River

The scent of redwoods drifts through your windows as morning light filters through the forest canopy. Bring your dog to explore this unique retreat with its vintage knotty pine interiors and private fenced yard. Room for 4 across three distinct sleeping spaces. Just 200 feet from the Russian River and a 10-minute walk to downtown Guerneville's restaurants and shops. Cozy up to the gas fireplace after floating the river — this is the forest escape you've been craving.

Spend mornings on the deck as mist lifts off the Russian River, afternoons floating the river or visiting Korbel and Joseph Jewell tasting rooms, and evenings on the deck with the day's bottles.

Striped upholstered furniture wraps a wooden coffee table; a gas fireplace with stone tile anchors the room beneath exposed beams and built-in bookshelves. Painted cabinets and ample counter keep the kitchen simple. A wooden dining table with spindle-back chairs draws the group together for the slow Russian River dinners the cabin is built around.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Step outside to your private enclosed yard where two gray Adirondack chairs and a small table create an intimate seating area on decomposed granite, bordered by rocks and surrounded by wooden privacy fencing. Mature redwood trees provide natural canopy overhead. Fire up the gas grill and take your meal out to the deck, where a swing bench invites you to linger long after the plates are cleared. The enclosed yard is for your dog to safely explore.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Three distinct sleeping areas spread across the two structures give your group flexibility. The main bedroom envelops you in warm knotty pine paneling with a comfortable queen bed. A bunk room features a twin bed, also wrapped in that signature pine. The studio space provides a double bed and an additional twin, with carpeted floors and multi-pane windows letting in filtered forest light. The home sleeps 4 guests.
