Creek House - Guerneville Dog-Friendly Redwood Retreat with Deck

Sip morning coffee on the deck as redwood light filters through the canopy, your pup exploring the wooded yard below. This 2-bedroom Guerneville cottage sleeps 5 with a gas fireplace for cool evenings, a front balcony, and a fire pit out back. Saucy Mama's soul food sits 0.6 miles away, Armstrong Redwoods 2.5 miles up the road, and the Russian River runs just minutes from the door.

Spend mornings on the deck as light filters through the redwoods, afternoons floating the Russian River or tasting at Korbel and Joseph Jewell, and evenings around the fire pit table swapping stories from the day. Armstrong Redwoods' ancient groves wait 2.5 miles up the road, and downtown Guerneville's eclectic restaurants and shops sit less than a mile away.

Curl up on the reclining sofa in front of the brick gas fireplace, where sliding glass doors pull filtered redwood light into every corner and a TV keeps the ballgame or movie night going. Shelves of books and games line the walls for slower afternoons.

Cook in the full kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, and pour a first cup from one of the multiple coffee makers standing ready by sunrise. Gather at the wooden dining table for farm-to-table takeout, board games, or planning the next day's float trip — treetop views fill every window.

Retreat to the primary bedroom where vintage-inspired furnishings, a vanity mirror, and soft lighting set a calm tone after a day in the trees. Each bedroom has its own TV, so everyone can wind down on their own schedule.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Step onto the main deck for picnic-table dinners under the canopy, with the gas grill ready for summer cookouts and cushioned chairs angled toward the trees. Pull up a seat at the second deck's fire pit table as the redwoods darken into evening. A front balcony adds another perch for morning coffee, and wine-barrel planters add a Sonoma touch throughout.
